  Yes! You can create your account here. Every point you earn - for shopping, for liking us on social, reviewing Albion products, and more - goes towards future discounts!

• Who is eligible to join?

  Everyone! Joining the program is free, and the more you spend at Albion, the more rewards you can earn!

• How do I sign up for Loyalty and Rewards?

  It’s simple! You just go to https://www.albionfit.com/pages/loyalty-rewards and create an account with your email address.

• Do my reward points expire?

  Yes - points will expire 6 months (180 days) from the day they are earned.

• How can I redeem my rewards?

  Points can be redeemed for discounts at check out for a value of $5, $10, $15, or $20. Customers must be logged in to use their points. Other rewards such as Virtual Styling Appointments can be redeemed through customer service.

• How can I start collecting points?

  You can earn points for signing up for our loyalty program, following us on our social media channels, signing up for SMS, and more. You even earn a point for every dollar you spend!

• How does Refer a Friend work?

  No points will be rewarded for successfully referring a friend to Albion. However, if a referred customer comes and completes an order at Albion Fit, you will receive an immediate $20 discount that you can apply on your next order.

• How do points convert to dollars?

  100 points = $5, 200 points = $10, 300 points = $15, 400 points = $20. Discounts exchanged for points can only be redeemed at these numbers (Ex: Customer has 217 points in account, only 200 can be redeemed, leaving 17 remaining points). $20 max discount per order.

• How do Tiers work?

  We have three tiers in our Loyalty Program - Day Tripper, Weekender, and Jetsetter. Day Tripper is free to everyone who joins! • How will I know when I reach a new Tier?

  You will receive email confirmation once you level up to Weekender or Jetsetter status. Customers will also receive notification when their Tier status is about to expire due to spend limits.

• I signed up for my Birthday Reward but didn’t receive it - what happened?

  Birthday points for birthdays entered within 30 days of Loyalty Program sign-up date will be delayed by 30 days.

• What about Returns and Exchanges?

  Points awarded for products that are purchased and then returned will have those associated points removed from your account. Exchanged products for products of similar value will retain points. • When do orders start counting towards earning points?

  Orders placed 8.5.2022 at 6:00 PM MST will start accruing points towards redemption. Orders placed prior to this date will not be eligible for rewards.
