How do I exchange for a different product?

The portal will allow you to do an exchange! First, click on the items you are wanting to send back. Then, choose the reasons you are returning the items. After choosing the reasons, the portal will give you the choice to exchange for a different size in the same product. If you are wanting to exchange for a completely different product, choose the option "exchange for new product or return item". Once you've done that for all the items you are wanting to send back, just hit the "continue" button at the bottom of the screen. If you are exchanging for a completely different product, click "Shop Now with $____". That will redirect you to the Albion Fit homepage, where you can add the items you are wanting to your cart. Once you've added all desired products to the cart, hit "checkout". That will then take you back to the return portal where you can review your exchange summary. If your exchange items cost more than what you are returning, you'll be able to pay the extra amount on this page as well. Once everything looks right, just check the box agreeing to the policy and hit submit! From there you'll be able to print your return label.
