How do I exchange for a different product?
The portal will allow you to do an exchange! First, click on the items you are wanting to send back. Then, choose the reasons you are returning the items. How do I get a shipping label?
Shipping labels are offered through our return and exchange portal that can be found by going here. -
How do I return an order I've already exchanged?
If you have already exchanged an order, you will need to use the NEW order number connected to the exchange. This typically starts with EXC-# and that part has to be included for the order to pull up. The order number can be found on the packing slip. -
What do I do if I receive a defective item?
Send us an email to support@albionfit.com within 7 days of when the item is delivered to you. In the email, please include your order number, explanation of what is wrong, and a picture of the item and the full packing slip. -
What is your 2024 holiday return/exchange policy?
You have 30 days from the tracking delivery date to have an order postmarked to be sent back to us for a refund back to the original form of payment. For orders placed between November 1-December 7, 2024, exchanges for a different item, size or store credit will be accepted until January 7, 2025.... -
