Can I return or exchange something in store?
Yes! We have two stores in Salt Lake City, UT, Scottsdale, AZ, Dallas, TX, Austin, TX and San Diego, CA. Just be sure to take in your order number or receipt. Click here to go to our list of stores -
How do I get a shipping label?
Shipping labels are offered through our return and exchange portal that can be found by going here. -
What do I do if I receive a defective item?
Send us an email to support@albionfit.com within 7 days of when the item is delivered to you. In the email, please include your order number, explanation of what is wrong, and a picture of the item and the full packing slip. -
What is your 2024 holiday return/exchange policy?
You have 30 days from the tracking delivery date to have an order postmarked to be sent back to us for a refund back to the original form of payment. For orders placed between November 1-December 7, 2024, exchanges for a different item, size or store credit will be accepted until January 7, 2025.... -
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days of order fulfillment! Items must arrive back in their original condition and each must have all original hang tags and hygienic liners (for swim) still attached (no exceptions). Items are eligible for return/exchange as long as they are in ...
