You have 30 days from the tracking delivery date to have an order postmarked to be sent back to us for a refund back to the original form of payment. For orders placed between November 1-December 7, 2024, exchanges for a different item, size or store credit will be accepted until January 7, 2025. After 12/7/2024 the normal 30-day window will go back into effect. All items must arrive back in new condition with the original tags and/or liners still in place. They also must be free from damage, stains, and odors. All orders sent back must include proof of purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.
